Chinese New Year is here again. Wondering if as you grow older, time really pass faster. I can vaguely still remember what happen last CNY at the back of my head and before i knew it, CNY is here again.

Don't exactly feel the festive spirit this year cause I really didn't have the time to walk or shop around Singapore. Usually every year I will make it a point to go down to Chinatown to shop around, buy some goodies with my mum, but didn't find the time to do it this year. Compared to many other friends, I am not exactly happy to have to go 拜年 on 初一初二. I would really love to visit my relatives if we are close, but in actual fact, we are not. We only see each other once per year and getting angbaos from them is rather awkward. I normally end up helping my grandma wash dishes on 初一 and I enjoy doing it to escape from the gossiping and the awkwardness in the living room. 你看我，我看你，都没有话讲。 This is when my skills in acting like a kid also comes in handy, I will sneak into the children's room to play with my primary school cousins.:P Yah, I never grow up, I still enjoy playing the games kids play. Kids are the easiest to get along with. As long as you joke with them, play games with them, they will start treating you like a friend.

Anyway, the the new TIGER year is coming.
